PTSD, depression, and trauma claim the lives of more than 20 U.S. veterans every day. All Heroes Rise funds safe, medically supervised psychedelic therapy — and captures the journey in a documentary by an Emmy-winning director.
All Heroes Rise is a 501(c)(3) on a mission to help U.S. veterans access safe, clinically supervised psychedelic therapy for PTSD, depression, anxiety, and addiction — at no cost to them. We fund and expand this life-saving care so that every veteran who needs it can heal, and we share their stories to change how the country sees veteran mental health. Our documentary is one part of that mission.

Our retreats center on ibogaine, a plant-derived medicine studied for its ability to interrupt addiction and trauma patterns at the neurological level. Ibogaine is not a controlled substance under Mexican law, which allows licensed medical professionals to administer it in supervised clinical settings. Every veteran receives a full medical evaluation before treatment, continuous monitoring by a doctor and nurse during treatment, and structured integration and aftercare afterward.
Safety starts before arrival: full medical screening, then continuous monitoring by a doctor and nurse throughout treatment, and structured aftercare. Veterans with certain conditions may not qualify — that's what screening is for.
Treatment takes place in Mexico, where ibogaine is not a controlled substance and can be administered by licensed medical professionals. It is not available in the United States.

No. Many veterans report meaningful breakthroughs, but our program is not a cure and is not a substitute for care from your physician or the VA.
